Joey Logano secured his spot in NASCAR's championship finale after a dramatic turn of events at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Logano, who was initially eliminated from the playoffs, was reinstated following Alex Bowman's disqualification due to a failed inspection. This victory marked Logano's fourth career win at the venue and his second win of the playoffs, making him the first driver locked into the final four at Phoenix Raceway.

Logano's triumph required a strategic fuel-saving effort, with the driver acknowledging the collective team effort involved. He managed to overtake Daniel Suarez in the closing laps to claim the win, holding off Christopher Bell who finished in second place.

Despite leading a significant portion of the race, Bell expressed disappointment at falling short of victory. Suarez, who finished third, also lamented missing out on the win. William Byron secured fourth place, emphasizing the need for a win to qualify for the championship race.
