Former girlfriend Lorena Medina, 28, told us that the reality TV star has been brushing his teeth incorrectly all of his life.
She told The Mirror: "Joey is hilarious. There were so many things he didn’t know.
"He didn’t know how to brush his teeth.
"He was shaking his head side-to-side instead of moving his hand. I was like, ‘Babe! What are you doing?’ I had to show him".
It’s news that probably won’t hold much water with SAS taskmaster Ant Middleton.
He’s been fighting tooth and nail to get the best out of this year’s recruits, which include ex-Strictly star Brendan Cole and YouTuber Jack Maynard.

But singer and Playboy model Lorena will still be rooting for Joey to win the C4 show.
She moved into his Essex mansion last September, after they decided they were “soulmates”.
And while they split last month, she insists they are still friends.
