Joel Dommett opened up about his fears that people will hate him if he's on TV too much and how he's cried to his wife after messing up presenting gigs.
The TV star admitted that he was "very self-critical" and "too hard on himself" during a frank discussion about imposter syndrome.
"I would phone Hannah after a show, crying down the phone, thinking I was so bad at it. I'd mess up the autocue and feel so nervous," he told The Sun.
He would then put an audiobook on with subtitles to practice reading out loud for "hours on end".
The 37-year-old also admitted that he had difficulties turning down jobs and would say yes to pretty much everything, but that he no longer has to do that as he has job security.
The Masked Singer and Masked Dancer host said that he was worried "people would start to hate him" if he did too many shows.
He also praised his wife for keeping him grounded by telling him when he's been on screen too much.
Joel started off as a comedian, before trying his hand at presenting after his stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here in 2016.
He says that he's "learned to love" live TV and the pressure that comes with it.
Despite his self doubts, Joel has landed impressive gigs including I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp, The Masked Singer and the NTAs.
Joel, who gathered quite a few fans from his time in the jungle, recently spoke about the weirdest gifts he's been sent from fans.
He said how he once got a knitted version of himself that even had a penis.
The comedian joked that he was "quite endowed", and that it was "strangely detailed".
Joel and Hannah's love story first started in 2016, when Hannah sent him a message on Instagram.
The following year the couple posed naked together in a bathtub, with only bubbles to cover their private areas.
Both Hannah and Joel had shocked expressions as they stood in the tin bath - which looked to be in an outside cabin.
Joel captioned the photo he shared to Instagram: "Bubble trouble".

"I feel as though they should honour whatever cabin you did this in with a blue plaque," one particularly thrilled fan wrote.
“How fit,” wrote another impressed fan, with another typing simply: “FIT” and a further writing: “Amazing!”
The pair got married in September 2019 in Mykonos, Greece.
