Joe Wicks says 'I'm no longer a sex symbol' after losing his rock hard six pack

Joe Wicks fears people just don't see him as sexy anymore - and the fitness fanatic thinks he knows why.

The health guru says he is now more known for his parenting than looking the part but says he's relaxed about losing his six pack.

With baby number three arriving in 2022, Joe eased off the exercise and enjoyed slap-up meals, ice cream and gin and tonics.

That, he fears, has cost him sex symbol status.

Joe, who kept the nation in shape over lockdown with his daily fitness videos, used to get marriage proposals and saucy DM's on the daily but things have now changed, he says.

The 37-year-old welcomed baby Leni in September with wife Rosie, who he also shares daughter India, four, and two-year-old son Marley with.

The Body Coach says the only messages he now gets are those asking for tips about parenting.

“People just don’t see me as a sex symbol any more," he accepted in an interview with The Sun.

“In the early days, when I was single, I did the topless covers for health and fitness magazines.

“People used to leave cheeky comments on my Instagram. “I’d get that whole, ‘Ooooh, you’re single, I’d love to marry you’ kind of stuff. Now I’m more known for my parenting.”

He piled on a few pounds before and after Leni arrived but embraced the new look, calling it a “dad bod”.

“I don’t have to be shredded 365 days a year to be inspiring,” insisted Joe in a chat with New magazine.

“And if I’m really honest about things, I think people like that. When I have a bit of weight on me people relate to it because no one is bang on it all year round.”

Posting pictures of midnight snacks of marmalade on toast and proudly displaying his bloated belly, Joe says he wanted to show he’s just like the rest of us.

He declares: “I think the reason people do connect with me is because I share those ups and downs, I share the months I’m not training or if I’m having a bit of a blowout and people feel that is quite a human thing.”

The star said they want a “big family” and hinted they could end up with “four or five kids” by the time they are done.

Rosie gave birth to baby Leni in a birthing pool at their £4 million Surrey home in September.

Sharing a cute first photo of the tot, proud dad Joe wrote on Instagram: "It's a girl. Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool. Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who were there every step of the way.”
