Joe Wicks' famous six pack has disappeared after he admitted he's been gorging on cakes and biscuits.
Earning his name as "the nation's P.E teacher" after keeping families active during lockdown, Joe said he hasn't been practicing what he preaches.
The dad-of-two, 36, told fans: "I've been eating chocolate cakes and biscuits every day, three bacon sandwiches for breakfast, hash browns and beans.
"It's not very good when I'm the Body Coach, is it?"
He shared a snap of him in the bathroom, showing a bloated-looking tummy where his solid abs usually reside.
The fitness enthusiast became a household name after releasing daily workout videos to help Brits stay healthy during lockdown.
But fans were quick to reassure Joe, with one writing: "Don’t be hard on yourself! You’re human and still look better than most of us with that extra weight lol."
"You have to give in to the biscuits sometimes! You still look great," one wrote.
Another fan cheekily added: "We still love ya, Joe. Through ‘thick’ and thin haha!"
While Joe hasn't spoken about where his sudden craving for sweet treats, but he's proven in the past that he can snap back quickly after gaining weight.
At the start of this year, Joe proudly displayed his rippling ab muscles after moving to LA.
He said: "I set myself two main goals when I landed in LA three months ago. No 1 was to get more sleep because back home my sleep isn’t consistent and I don’t get enough."
“I spend too long sitting up on my phone working, watching late night TV or playing Call of Duty with my mates online until midnight.
“The 2nd goal was to get stronger. To lift heavier weights and get progressively stronger each week just by adding a few extra kilograms or pushing out a few extra reps.”
Joe recently shared the exciting news that he and his wife Rosie are expecting their third child.
The pair will be introducing their daughter Indie, three and Marley, two to a new sibling.
He wrote on Instagram : "I’ve been sooo excited to share this news. We are having another baby.
