Joe Wicks says he is feeling “frustrated and stressed” as he struggles to adapt to life as a dad of three.
The fitness guru welcomed baby Leni in September with wife Rosie, who he also shares daughter India, four, and two-year-old son Marley with.
But although he was getting all of us up on our feet during lockdown, Joe admits he is lacking motivation at the moment following the family’s latest arrival.
“I’m used to getting eight hours. When I wake up and I’ve been woken up three or four times it really breaks your sleep,” the 37-year-old told New magazine.

Explaining how he copes, Joe said: “I’m tired, I’m frustrated, I’m stressed when I wake up. My instant reaction is to move my body, to release it.”
Proving he’s just like the rest of us in the morning, he added: “I don’t want to be on Instagram stories, I don’t want to be Mr Motivator. I just want to have a big bowl of cereal, watch TV and go to bed, but I’m having to resist that.”
The Body Coach star shared exercise for him is not about losing weight, burning calories or changing his body shape.
It’s all about having a healthy mindset, feeling calmer and carrying that energy with him through the day.
And although he is struggling with a newborn now, Joe revealed he and former model Rosie, 32, would still like more kids in the future.
He said they want a “big family” and hinted they could end up with “four or five kids” by the time they are done. “I love the chaos,” he admits.
Rosie gave birth to baby Leni in a birthing pool at their £4 million Surrey home on September 8.
Sharing a cute first photo of the tot, proud dad Joe wrote on Instagram: "It's a girl. Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool. Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who were there every step of the way.”
He added: “Time to rest now. Lots of love the Wicks family.”
Many of his 4.5 million followers took time out to congratulate the family on their news.
Among them was former JLS star Marvin Humes, who wrote: "Amazing news! Congrats to you and your lovely family bro."
Professor Green also sent his love, writing: "Alllll the love! Huge Congrats! And the tribe grows!"
Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver also commented: "Congratulations so pleased for you all love to Rosie xxx."
