Joe Wicks and his wife Rosie have become parents for the third time as they welcomed their baby girl to the world.
The Body Coach, 36, shared the exciting news on his Instagram on Thursday when he uploaded a selection of sweet snaps of the newborn.
Among the images were the pair's other kids - Indie, three, and Marley, two - meeting their new sibling.
A third shot saw the happy new parents lovingly gazing at the tot while Joe cradled her. And a fourth showed just how tiny she was as Joe stroked her head while she lay sleeping.
The couple stopped short of announcing the name of their newest arrival on their announcement post.
Joe gushed: "It's a girl. Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool. Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who were there every step of the way.
"Time to rest now. Lots of love the Wicks family." He ended his post with a red heart emoji.
Many of his 4.5 million followers took time out to congratulate the family on their news.
Among them was former JLS star Marvin Humes, who wrote: "Amazing news! Congrats to you and your lovely family bro."
Professor Green also sent his love, writing: "Alllll the love! Huge Congrats! And the tribe grows!"
Celeb chef Jamie Oliver also commented: "Congratulations so pleased for you all love to Rosie xxx"
And Dr Julie Smith said: "A massive congratulations to you both. And a big well done to Rosie! Wishing you a speedy recovery. Enjoy those magical early cuddles."
The news comes a day after Joe shared a snap of a home birthing pool and told his followers Rosie had gone into labour.
He excitedly revealed: "And we're off! Indie and Marley are asleep upstairs. Could be waking up with a new baby!"
It came just hours after Rosie had shared a pic of her own and compared her heavily pregnant tummy to a bowling ball.
Joe was again on hand to comment" "Just amazes me that there is a human being growing in here.
'With a little brain, heart and lungs. The female body is just an incredible, magnificent creation isn't it. The ability to create new life. What is more beautiful and special than that."
