What is the book about?

Joe Wicks' new cook book will focus on eating to improve mental wellbeing, and takes Wicks in a new direction from his previous releases.

His first book, the popular Lean in 15, was released back in 2015, and The Fat-Loss Plan was later on in 2017.

He also sits at number six for top all-time food and drink authors.
