Popular podcast host Joe Rogan recently shared on social media that he turned down an offer from Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign to conduct an interview. Rogan expressed his hope that an interview with Harris would still take place in the future.
Rogan mentioned in his post that the Harris campaign had proposed a date for the interview, but it would have required him to travel to her location and the interview would have been limited to just an hour. Rogan expressed his preference for conducting the interview in his studio in Austin, emphasizing his desire for a more relaxed and in-depth conversation. He stated, 'My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen.'
The Harris campaign chose not to provide a comment in response to Rogan’s post regarding the declined interview offer.
On a different note, Rogan is set to have a conversation with GOP vice presidential candidate JD Vance in an upcoming episode. This follows his recent interview with former President Donald Trump, which lasted for over three hours on his podcast.
