Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s second daughter’s name revealed amid custody dispute

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s second child’s name has finally been revealed amid their divorce.

According to custody filings, obtained by Page Six, the singer, 34, and Games of Thrones star, 27, have named their 14-month-old daughter Delphine.

The Standard has contacted Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’s reps for comment.

Earlier this morning, their children including their eldest Willa, three, were referred to by their initials, W.J. and D.J. in court documents via MailOnline amid their ongoing custody battle following their split.

The pair have revealed very little about either of their children, choosing to keep them out of the limelight.

News of their little one’s name comes after Turner and Jonas agreed to temporarily keep their children in New York, according to court documents.

The agreement came days after the British star filed a legal petition in New York suggesting that Jonas had “wrongfully retained” their daughters in New York City away from “their habitual residence” in England.

The exes have now agreed to an interim consent order that bans both parties from removing the children from the state, that was filed on Monday obtained by MailOnline.

The filing comes as an apparent truce between the pair after exchanging allegations against each other over the last two weeks.

According to NBC News, the pair had agreed to make the UK their permanent residence in April 2023. The filing suggested the family moved to rented accommodation in the UK in May 2023 and were planning to buy a permanent home by the end of the year.

In recent weeks, their daughters have reportedly been cared for by their father in the US while he is on tour as Turner works in the UK.

According to reports, when the couple met to discuss their separation on September 7 after Jonas had filed for divorce, he refused to hand over the children’s passports so they could return to the UK with Turner.

She then filed the legal petition days later.

After the claims were made, Jonas has hit back issuing a statement rejecting any suggestion that he has “abducted” their two daughters amid a messy divorce.

A statement issued by a representative for Jonas said: “This is an unfortunate legal disagreement about a marriage that is sadly ending.

“When language like ‘abduction’ is used, it is misleading at best, and a serious abuse of the legal system at worst.

“The children were not abducted. After being in Joe’s care for the past three months at the agreement of both parties, the children are currently with their mother.

“Sophie is making this claim only to move the divorce proceedings to the UK and to remove the children from the US permanently.”

A joint statement from the former couple earlier this month described the decision to divorce as “amicable” and “mutually decided” after “four wonderful years of marriage”.

The couple met in 2016 and married in Las Vegas in 2019. Turner gave birth to their first child in July 2020, and their second was born two years later.
