Joe Gomez has changed his squad number at Liverpool from number 12 to the number two shirt ahead of the new season.
Gomez's new number will be on show in Saturday's Community Shield match against Manchester City.
The defender joined Liverpool seven years ago in 2015 and has had the number 12 shirt ever since then, but has decided to opt for a change. The last player to wear the number two shirt at Liverpool was Nathanial Clyne.

Gomez has signed a new deal to extend his stay at Anfield after there was speculation linking him with a move away from Liverpool due to a lack of playing time last season.
Aston Villa boss Steven Gerrard was reportedly keen on the prospect of signing Gomez from Liverpool, who wants to be in England's World Cup squad in November, but the defender decided to fight for his place with the Reds.
As a gesture for those who have purchased 'Gomez 12' shirts ahead of the new season, Gomez will personally reimburse fans with a like-for-like 'Gomez 2' shirt.
