Galway hurling great Joe Canning has jetted off to a remote Caribbean island with his wife Megan Hoare as they celebrate their honeymoon.
Cannning shared a number of pictures on social media as the couple jetted off to St Barts for some winter sunshine.
Joe and Megan tied the knot back in November and flew out to the Caribbean to celebrate their honeymoon, reports Galway Beo.

The happy newlyweds posed for a selfie while enjoying a delicious local drink with Joe later posting the picture to his Instagram account.
Following the wedding, the happy couple and guests descended on Kilmurry Lodge Hotel in Castletroy for an evening reception.
Canning enjoyed a glittering career for both club and county.
For his club, Portumna, Canning won a remarkable four All-Ireland Senior Club Championships in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2014.
He also won two Connacht Senior Club Hurling Championship in 2005 and 2007 and five Galway Senior Hurling Championship in 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2013.
Canning's crowning glory came in 2017 when he played a key role in guiding Galway to the All-Ireland championship, just there fifth All-Ireland title in their history.
He's also won three Leinster Senior Hurling Championships in 2012, 2017 and 2018, three National Hurling League titles in 2010, 2017, 2021, one All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship in 2007 and two All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championships in 2004, 2005.
While Joe has won his fair share of team awards, he's no stranger to picking up individual honours for his performances on the field.
In the year that he guided Galway to All Ireland Hurling glory, Canning was named All Stars Hurler of the year. Almost a decade previous, in 2008, he was named All Stars Young Hurler of the Year.
Canning has also picked up five All Star awards during his glittering career in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2017, 2018.
He was also named in the Fitzbibbon Cup team of the century and in the best Galway team of the last fifty years.
In May 2020, following a public vote on RTE, Canning was named in the half forward line alongside Henry Sheflin and DJ Carey in a team who won All Stars while The Sunday Game has been on the air.
