Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has often talked about the changes he’s made from a physical standpoint this offseason.
So much so, he’s keyed on the area as where he wants to make the “biggest strides” in 2024.
Appearing on the “Pardon My Take” podcast this week, Burrow revealed that the rumblings he looks much bigger compared to last year are true — confirming that he’s upped his weight by double digits.
Burrow hasn’t just packed more muscle on his frame, either. He’s talked openly about better knowing when to push through discomfort and other minor things, seemingly in response to the non-contact calf injury last summer before the season-ending wrist injury.
Here’s a clip of Burrow talking about the weight gain:
“I feel a lot stronger.”
