The sting of a loss in the Super Bowl isn’t going to leave Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals anytime soon.
But as fans could have easily predicted, Burrow’s already got his mind on putting together another run.
After the 23-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI, this was one of the highlights from Burrow’s postgame presser, per Marisa Contipelli: “We’re probably as hungry now as we were before the game. Not just for us, but for the fans as well.”
Also as expected, Burrow shouldered some of the blame, per Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic: “Disappointed in my performance overall. Thought I could have played better. You live and you learn.”
