US President Joe Biden seems to have made a habit of getting his knickers in a twist over Glasgow.
Twice in the recent past he has mispronounced Glasgow, much to the chagrin of Glaswegians and political commentators - the most recent of which saw him refer to the city as 'Glass Cow' in his opening COP26 speech back in November.
Now the Commander-in-Chief, 79, has followed that up by making a geographical blunder during a speech on climate change to the US press in Massachusetts yesterday.

Referring to his presence at the COP26 climate summit held in Glasgow last year, Biden said: "Folks, with American leadership back on climate, I was able to bring more world leaders together than — we got 100 nations together to agree that — at the major conference in Glasgow, England."
To his credit, the US President immediately corrected himself, clarifying: ""I mean, Scotland — to change the emissions policies we had."
The blunder follows a similar incident involving an American lifestyle magazine, who hilariously Glasgow confused with Dublin when they published a photo picturesque lane in the Temple Bar area of Dublin alongside the caption: "A stroll down Finnieston strip".
