Jodie Marsh called herself the "world's biggest catfish" as she went makeup-free in a new mirror selfie shared with fans on Instagram.
The former glamour model, 44, posed bare faced as she sent the snap to her 450,000 followers, who praised her for "keeping it real", earlier this week.
She stood in a pair of dirty joggers, a plain white t-shirt and pink fluffy socks as she smiled for the picture – showing off her tattoo sleeves.
Jodie, an ex-Page 3 star, then shared two photographs posing in the same mirror, but this time looking glam wearing a black skintight bodysuit and fur coat.
"I am officially the worlds biggest catfish," she captioned the grid post, attracting almost 10,000 likes and hundreds of comments from followers.
One follower said: "I had the pleasure to meet you and I think you are one of the most endearing and caring person ever."
While another wrote: "Keeping it real Jodie. You scrub up very well." A third added: "hahaha don't worry, I think we're all guilty of it!"
A fourth person said: "You are and always have been beautiful woman on the outside and on the inside too."
While a fifth social media user agreed: "You look fabulous in work clothes n no make up just as much as all glammed up."
It comes after Jodie sparked concern earlier this year afters sharing a snap from hospital after "painful" surgery.
The reality star uploaded a bare-faced selfie from a hospital bed in October earlier this year. Jodie wasn't wearing any make-up and simply donned a hospital gown.
Lying down in bed, she half-smiled for the camera while a canula could be seen in her hand.
"I had an operation yesterday under general anaesthetic," she penned in the caption.
She added: "I was allowed out last night and my dad who had waited for me then took me for some food as I hadn’t eaten in 24 hours.
"We found an amazing vegan restaurant and we both loved it and stuffed our faces."
She then revealed that she is now "in recovery for six weeks" and has "got to take it really easy".
Jodie detailed how she is "not allowed to lift anything heavy" so is relying on friends and her dad to help her with her animals.
Later in the caption she explained: "Anyway I’m fine and home and in a little bit of pain but I’m taking it easy for the next six weeks."
