Job fairs are being held across South Lanarkshire to encourage people to work with the council.
Over the next two weeks, council teams will be on hand at job fairs across the area to let people know about the opportunities and vacancies within the council.
Chair of the council’s Finance and Corporate Resources Committee, Councillor Lesley McDonald, said: “There are of course many benefits to working for the council, and we have several vacancies across a number of resources.
“This means there is likely to be a job opportunity that appeals to you and may also be close and easy for you to get to.
“There is no need to pre-book, feel free to drop in at a time and location that suits you.”
The fairs are to take place on August 22 from 10am to 2pm at Cambuslang CTEC, August 23 from 10am to 2pm at Rutherglen Town Hall, August 24 from 10am to 2pm at Lanark Memorial Hall, August 25 from 10am to 2pm at Hamilton Town House and on August 30 from 10am to 2pm at East Kilbride Universal Connections.
