Joao Felix comments hand Liverpool 'transfer boost'
Liverpool's squad is looking stronger than ever at this moment in time.
Jurgen Klopp recently suggested the current crop at the club is the best he has had regarding overall depth, helped by the returns of Harvey Elliott and Thiago Alcantara from injury and the signing of Luis Diaz.
By the time the summer transfer window opens, though, the Reds are expected to seek reinforcements to continue growing as a team.
Just who Liverpool decide to target remains to be seen, but the rumour mill is already turning ahead of the 2021/22 campaign reaching its climax.

Atletico Madrid's La Liga title defence has not gone according to plan.
Currently 15 points adrift of league leaders and bitter rivals Real Madrid, Diego Simeone's side have lost their touch this campaign.
Addressing the issues the team are facing at present, Atletico forward Joao Felix has caused controversy by suggesting he knows 'what the problem' is but didn't wish to disclose such information.
This prompted a strong reaction from Simeone, who snapped back: "About what Joao said, you can ask him. I work according to the team. If he is clear about what the problem is, it would be good to know."
Felix's comments may now have placed Liverpool and other European sides on red alert to opportunely act in the transfer market, with chances of a sale potentially increased.

Liverpool squad face £49m truth
The band were back together at Turf Moor, writes Ian Doyle.
But quite how long the Liverpool reunion tour continues remains very much open to question.
Sightings of Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane stepping out on stage together are destined to be as rare as Burnley boss Sean Dyche readily accepting advice from the fourth official.
Indeed, that this trip to Turf Moor was only the fifth time the traditional triumvirate have started this season – and their first partnering since October – underlines how the forward line continues to evolve for the Reds.
It was slightly through necessity, Diogo Jota’s dead leg – even if Jurgen Klopp admitted the Portuguese could have been risked if required – and the unwillingness to rush new £49million signing Luis Diaz prompting the Reds boss to revert to his tried and trusted.
Mane was handed a 250 th Premier League appearance on his return from a triumphant Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
And the Senegalese was the one who ultimately made the difference with his contribution in the only goal of the game here five minutes before half-time, flicking on Trent Alexander-Arnold’s inswinging corner from the left for Fabinho to prod home after his initial effort had been saved by Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope.
Overall, though, there were far too many bum notes from the collective, so many promising Liverpool attacks floundering in the second half as the visitors looked to counter.
