Jo Wood appeared in good spirits as she attended the Gelida Summer Summit at Nobu Portman Hotel in London alongside chef Jameson Stocks.
The model, 68, who was previously married to Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie, looked effortlessly chic in a black blazer, flared trousers and semi-sheer cream blouse for the occasion on Tuesday.
The glamorous star appeared happier than ever as she posed for photos with Stocks, who donned an oversized white shirt with red and blue tartan trousers.
Other notably stars in attendance at the glamorous aesthetics device launch included Judy Murray, Lottie Tomlinson, Gillian McKeith, Carly Cole and Lady Martha Sitwell.
Wood and Stocks’ appearance at the event comes after they were first seen together last month at the Prestige And Village County Challenge Polo Event in Essex.
Despite raising eyebrows, a source close to the pair told The Standard that the two are not dating but simply friends.
The insider shared: “They get on fabulously. Jameson is super charismatic and an extremely talented chef.
“They are not dating, just good friends that share a mutual appreciation in progression, change and innovation.”
Wood wed British rocker Ronnie in 1985 and had two children, Leah and Tyrone, during their marriage. She also became stepmother to Ronnie’s son Jesse, from his first marriage.
However, the former couple called time on their relationship back in 2009 after the 75-year-old cheated on her with waitress Ekaterina ‘Katia’ Ivanova.
Following their divorce, the musician married theatre producer Sally Humphreys, 39, and welcomed seven-year-old twin daughters.
Meanwhile, Jo split from Paul Scarborough, a builder who she met while renovating her North London townhouse in 2012, in 2017 and later dated businessman Carl Douglas until 2020.
