Jimmy Butler was back in Chicago this weekend and living his absolute best life.
First he got some work in on the court at UIC’s gym, then he popped over to the Windy City Smokeout to join in the city’s annual BBQ festival — and even hopped on stage with Parker McCollum. But the main event of the trip was the opening of a new downtown bar he partnered with Roquan Smith and Chase Rice on.
The trio christened Welcome to the Farm by rocking out to even more country music, which we already knew Butler is a huge fan of as he works on his own 200-song album.
Naturally, the night involved Butler getting back up on stage to perform a cover of Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song” and this looked like so much fun.
