Raging Jim Goodwin reckons Aberdeen should have had a second penalty in their 2-1 defeat to Livingston.
Referee Grant Irvine pointed to the spot late in the game before Lewis Ferguson converted, but it wasn't enough for the 10 men with Ross McCrorie seeing red.
Nicky Devlin had pointed to the spot before Funso Ojo was penalised and whistler Irvine awarded a penalty, which Jason Holt converted.
The Aberdeen boss was less than happy with the man in the middle after the full-time whistle.
Goodwin told Red TV: "I don't know if I can point the finger at any one individual for today, and say there was any big glaring mistakes.
"The penalty; I think the Livingston player is very, very clever. I think the Livingston player has got his body between the ball and Funso. I didn't think there was a great deal of contact when I seen it at the time.
"The boys are saying it's very, very soft. I don't think there will be many teams out there this weekend who will have had the amount of passes, we have had today, the amount of shots on target and good crosses into the box.
"Unfortunately cause of the situation we are in players are lacking that little bit of confidence. I think you can see that at the top end of the pitch. "
Livingston stopper Max Stryjek also avoided a red card after pushing his hands into the face of Dons wide man Vicente Besuijen.
When asked if Stryjek should have been sent off, Goodwin continued: "Yeah, look I'm not one for coming out and blaming referees for results and performances. I thought we played well today. There is no doubt in my mind that we were the better team.
"The goalkeeper smashes Vinnie in the face. I think that should be a penalty and a red card. The Livingston penalty is obviously quite soft. It's a second yellow for Ross McCrorie and we are on the wrong end of that decision as well.
"We just need to try and go again next week, it's as simple as that."
