Jill Scott has won the hearts of I'm A Celebrity viewers after making the first petrifying challenge of the ITV show look easy.
The Lioness, who helped bring the England team to their historic victory at the Euros in August and was formerly a member of Sunderland AFC Ladies, showed nerves of steel in debut challenge The Ledge. The terrifying task saw contestants challenged to walk to the edge of a plank and step forward onto a ledge leaning over a nail-biting 334-foot drop to the ground.
Jill quickly managed to complete the challenge and earn a star for camp, after encouraging her fellow campmate, Loose Women 's Charlene White, to also make it to the ledge and jump off. Asking hosts Ant and Dec "where's the red wine?" after completing the challenge, the football icon was hailed as a 'legend' by viewers on social media for her incredible performance.

The 35-year-old has already become a firm favourite after just one episode, with one person tweeting: "Fully in love with Jill Scott already, what an icon she is."
Another viewer gushed: "It's literally the first episode and I already know I want Jill Scott to win."
The series may have only just begun, but some fans have already made the prediction that Jill will make it all the way to the end of the competition. "Jill Scott is going to carry this series, I'm calling it now," one person said.
Another confidently predicted: "Jill Scott for Queen of the Jungle. Calling it early."
Several viewers also praised the way she lifted up her co-stars. One person tweeted: "You can just tell Jill Scott was a captain, just the moral support she's giving Charlene during the challenge is class and definitely someone you need in the jungle."
"I need Jill Scott as my life coach and motivator," another said after watching the star encouraging her fellow campmates.
Jill made many local viewers proud to be from the North East too. "Jill Scott. That's how North East women are made," one fan said.
Even financial expert Martin Lewis weighed in on Jill's impressive performance, tweeting: "I wonder if it's years of sports psychology or just deep inner strength (or a combination) that made Jill Scott so rock in that task".
Meanwhile, former BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker tweeted: "Just give Jill Scott the crown already."
