The grandson of late President John F Kennedy (JFK), Jack Schlossberg, shared his thoughts on his cousin, Robert F Kennedy Jr (RFK Jr), after the latter had his senate hearing for his health secretary nomination — and Schlossberg is not mincing words.
Schlossberg, who is the son of JFK’s daughter (and former US Ambassador to Australia) Caroline Kennedy, tweeted that RFK Jr was “corrupt” and “[betrayed] his kin” for backing Donald Trump.

This is one of many instances where Schlossberg, who also works as a political correspondent for Vogue, shared his thoughts on his cousin’s nomination by Trump as health secretary.
He also tweeted “what the fuck do we need you for?” in response to a video shot at RFK’s nomination hearing.
Schlossberg also shared a video of RFK Jr name-dropping his uncle on social media, captioning the tweet with: “‘Jack what’s your beef with RFK Jr?’”.
Schlossberg earlier took to Instagram to criticise RFK Jr’s wife Cheryl Hines, describing her as “an enabler” as well as describing her as “very dry”.
He also made a comment directed at RFK Jr and called him “scared” to talk to him.
“Why don’t you ever respond? Are you busy pouring over the JFK files? Or is Cheryl just really dry down there?”

Schlossberg also took aim at his other cousin Patrick Schwarzenegger, actor and son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, for not denouncing RFK Jr in an Instagram comment.
In a video posted to InStyle’s Instagram account, Schwarzenegger shows off an old portrait of JFK and his wife Jackie (Onassis) Kennedy, who he is a relative to via his mother Maria Shriver.
Schlossberg screenshotted the video and made a Post directed at Schwarzenegger that read: “now that you’ve invoked your family legacy and president Kennedy — do you support RFK JR for [Health and Human Services] secretary?? Can’t have it both ways!!”
Schlossberg also took to his Story to directly call out Schwarzenegger.

Schlossberg was the only member of the Kennedy clan to share their criticism regarding RFK Jr’s nomination, with his mother Caroline also describing the latter as a “predator” in a video.
“I’ve known Bobby my whole life. We grew up together.
“It’s no surprise that he keeps birds of prey as pets because he himself is a predator,” Caroline stated.
“His basement, his garage, his dorm room were the centre of the action where drugs were available, and he enjoyed showing off how he put baby chickens and mice in the blender to feed his hawks.
“It was often a perverse scene of despair and violence.
“Bobby preys on the desperation of parents of sick children, vaccinating his own kids while building a following hypocritically discouraging other parents from vaccinating theirs.” She added.
Schlossberg would later make his own Instagram Carousel Post about his mother, calling her “my idol”.
Schwarzenegger and RFK Jr have not responded to Schlossberg or Kennedy.
