Manuel just wrapped up his third season coaching the Jets’ safeties. He has been a coach in the NFL since 2012, with stops in Seattle, Atlanta and Philadelphia — Manuel worked under Pederson in 2020. Manuel has two years of experience as a defensive coordinator, having held the role with the Falcons in 2017 and 2018 under head coach Dan Quinn.
