At its heart, the job is a customer service role and Jet2 say you will be expected to provide "a VIP service for all of our customers, including all aspects of customer care, including: first aid, aviation security, in-flight service and general passenger handling regulations."
However, cabin crew are also responsible for the safety of passengers aboard the aircraft, this means that you will receive specialist training to ensure that you can handle a variety of situations. Those successful in their applications will attend a four-week unpaid training course.
