Jesy Nelson has shared a heartfelt update from hospital as she continues to navigate a challenging pregnancy with twins.
The former Little Mix star, 33, is expecting her first children with Zion Foster, 26.
However, the pair have faced a worrying few weeks after Nelson revealed last month that she had been diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), which could harm one or both of her twins.
In an emotional post in March, she explained that both babies had been “living off one placenta,” prompting emergency surgery.
Last week, she reassured fans that the TTTS had “cleared up,” and now, in a fresh video from her hospital bed, she gave another positive update.
“We just wanted to come on here because we are another week further along, and we feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong,” she said on Sunday, cradling her bump.

The singer took a moment to thank fans for their continued love and encouragement: “We just wanted to thank you so much for all your supportive, beautiful messages.
“You guys have been so lovely; we’ve seen all of your lovely messages and stories, and it’s really helped us keep going.”
Panning around the hospital room, she added with a smile: “We’re still in here! Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine. Unfortunately, we can’t! Well, we can. I mean, Zion takes me out in the wheelchair down the road, but that’s as far as we can go.”
She ended the Instagram Story by assuring her followers she’ll continue sharing updates as their journey unfolds.
Nelson previously said her twins were monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA), meaning they share a single placenta but have their own separate sacs.
According to the NHS website, TTTS affects 10 to 15 per cent of identical twins who share a placenta, and it “can have serious consequences”.
The condition is caused by abnormal connecting blood vessels in the twins’ placenta which leads to an imbalanced blood flow from one twin, known as the donor, to the recipient twin, leaving one baby with a greater blood volume than the other.
Nelson announced her pregnancy in January by posting a photo of her with Foster, who placed a hand over her bump.
She left Little Mix in December 2020 after nine years in the successful girl group.
The girl group, which was formed on The X Factor in 2011, also featured Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall as members.
