Jesy Nelson breaks down in tears after working on new song after Little Mix split

Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson has been left sobbing after working on a new song in the recording studio.

The singer said she had been working on a late night recording session on Tuesday when she was left in tears.

Jesy had recently come home after spending some time in LA working on her first solo album.

It appears the singer was left highly emotive when she listened to the track she had been working on as she told her Instagram followers it "got me in the feels."

Previously the now solo-artist, 30, also posted some saucy snaps of herself posing in a leopard print babydoll nightie.

She posted some super-glam, almost vintage Hollywood-style, black and white snaps her to Instagram page.

As she showed fans her tears following the intimate recording session, she posted: "You know it's a powerful song when it makes you like this. Got me in the feels."

In the pictures the gorgeous bombshell showed off her bouncy curls, and the former X-Factor winner also showed off a bit of cleavage in another particularly sexy snap as she posed lying across a bed.

One picture also showed her blowing smoke out of her lips, which definitely raised a few temperatures.

The post comes after it was reported that Little Mix's touring company suffered a £2.6 million hit following her departure from the group in 2020.

The stats came out just days after the girl group's Confetti Tour came to an end, and they confirmed they'd be taking a break from music.

The Daily Mail reports details for band's gigging company, which is owned by Jade Thirlwall, 29, Perrie Edwards, 28, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 30, reveal that the accounts decreased in value from £7.6 million to £5 million.

The numbers are said to include the 12 months to the end of August last year, including the window when Jesy, 30, quit the group.

It was confirmed that Jesy was leaving Little Mix in December 2020, and the most recent published accounts include the 12 months from September 2020 to the end of August last year.

Before the girls announced they would be going their own ways last week, Little Mix played a number of farewell gigs, but little reference was made to former bandmate, Jesy, who was practically wiped from the montages and clips aired at the shows.

According to the Sunday Times Rich List, the Black Magic singers are said to be worth an incredible £54 million, but they have now decided to take a break after more than 10 years together when they were first crowned champions on the X Factor.

MailOnline reports Leigh-Anne recently signed off the accounts, but it was said Little Mix are yet to comment on the matter.

Meanwhile it was alleged that Leigh-Anne took a swipe at Jesy as the girls opened their Confetti Tour at Belfast's SSE Arena in April.

It's been claimed they changed the lyrics of their song Gloves Up, as if to cover up the fact that there had ever been four members of the band.

The pair also seemed to embark on quite a sour feud last year after it was alleged that Jesy was "blackfishing" when she was seen to don a super tanned complexion.

Super excited fans expected Leigh-Anne to sing the line: "Legend of the four divas," but it's claimed she opted to change the lyric to "three."

After Jesy left the remaining bandmates admitted they would be taking a break, but told fans they didn't intend to split for good during their final performances.

"Little Mix 2011-Forever" was written on screens behind them, as Jade told fans: "We wouldn't have got where we are today if it wasn't for the love we have for each other", according to The Sun.

"We have been through absolutely everything together. We have cried together.

"We have laughed together. We have seen each other naked.

"We really are the best of friends. We are family now and that is going to remain for ever and ever, no matter what."
