Jesy Nelson begs fans for help from bed as she’s left in a ‘complete daze’ while in LA

Jesy Nelson has begged fans for help after being left in a 'complete daze' since arriving in Los Angeles.

The former Little Mix singer, 30, took to Instagram on Saturday to ask her followers for some helpful tips on beating jet-lag following her long-haul flight to California.

The Bad Boyz hitmaker insisted that she feels as though she's 'been awake for three days' as she took to her stories to detail her symptoms.

Jesy appeared on camera looking frustrated as she sported some blue velvet pyjamas and a full-face of makeup as she shared her sleep woes.

"I've never felt jet lag this bad, my eyes are literally burning and I don't even feel like I'm here," the downcast singer revealed.

“I feel like I am just in a daze constantly and I don't know what to do because all I want to do is sleep, and I can't because it's still so early.

"So, if anyone has any tips on how to overcome the auld jet lag, it would be very much appreciated," Jesy added.

The British babe jetted off to LA earlier this week to start work on some new music after the amazing success of her first solo single Bad Boyz, which also featured Nicki Minaj and P Diddy.

It comes as Jesy teased brand new music this week as she finally moves on from her blackfishing backlash.

It has been almost four months since Jesy released her debut solo single to a the sound of a deafening backlash as she was blasted for apparent cultural appropriation due to the accompanying music video released at the same time as the single.

Jesy appears to finally be putting the scandal behind her and is enjoying her stay in Los Angeles creating new music to share with fans in the coming year.

The singer sensationally quit Little Mix back in December 2020 after she declared she needed to take time out of the spotlight to work on her mental health.

But she was soon back in the spotlight in 2021 – with fans eager to hear her debut solo single.
