Jessie Wallace 'so proud' of her daughter breastfeeding after she became a mum at 17

Jessie Wallace has heaped the praise on her 17-year-old daughter who became a mum earlier this month.

The EastEnders actress, 50, became a grandma after daughter Tallulah gave birth to a baby boy called SJ.

And in a sweet Instagram message, in which she wrote a message over an adorable snap of her grandson's tiny hand, the star has gushed with pride over how well her daughter has taken to motherhood.

Jessie wrote: "I'm so proud of what Tallulah has achieved since she has started working with Amanda. Amanda Marks has been amazing working with our family and has taught Tallulah so much about breastfeeding."

Continuing to praise the woman helping her daughter in the early days of being a parent, Jessie added that she "really cares about the families she works with".

Jessie added: "Tallulah and I are so grateful for everything she has done."

Following the update, soap legend Jessie was sent a hoard of kind messages by her celeb pals.

Last month Jessie made a rare public appearance as she stepped out to support co-star John Partridge at the Cabaret All Stars show.

John is best known for playing Christian Clarke on the long-running series and Jessie filmed snippets of the night for her Instagram Story as she made the most of her night out on the town at Proud Embankment in London.

The TV star looked spectacular for the night as she got dressed up for her rare appearance and wore a stunning black lace longline top, which she styled with jeans and a bag.

She posed with one hand on her hip as she smiled at photographers.

The actress appeared in good spirits as she went along to the event to cheer on her friend.
