Jessie J is experiencing a mix of different emotions as she prepares to give birth to her first child.
The pregnant star, 34, took to Instagram on Tuesday night to confess that she broke down in tears when putting together a pram from her unborn son - explaining how she still can't believe she's going to be a mum.
She confided with her Instagram followers how she is 'happy and scared' ahead of welcoming her son into the world, and mused 'what if I can't do it' alongside predicting how much she is going to love her child.
Jessie - who shared her pregnancy joy just over a year on from experiencing a miscarriage in November 2021 - jokingly offered the pram's manufacturer her 'sobbing' face for advertisements on billboards.
The Do It Like a Dude singer, 34, has been extremely candid with fans since revealing her pregnancy to fans at the start of this year - previously explaining how she kept her news "quiet for so long" because she was struggling to process the fact she was pregnant.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday night, the mum-to-be wrote: "Sat sobbing putting the pram together. Like sobbing loud. [laughing face emoji].
"Still doesn't feel real. Happy, scared, can't believe it, excited af, what if I can't do it, he will be so small, I'm going to love him so much tears..."
Jessie then added: "@stokkebaby if you want that as an advert on a billboard let me know [laughing face emoji]."
Just hours after revealing her pregnancy online in January, Jessie admitted she couldn't help but think about "all the women and men still struggling with loss and infertility", due to the fact she was once told she would "never get pregnant" and have a baby.
The mum-to-be told her Instagram followers how it feels "so strange to on this side" after previously experiencing pregnancy loss - explaining how she kept her news "quiet for so long" because she was struggling to process the fact she was pregnant.
Jessie announced she had suffered a miscarriage in November 2021 ahead of performing a gig in L.A, just one month on from splitting from boyfriend Max Pham after seven months of dating.
The Bang Bang singer opened up about her experience with pregnancy loss in August last year - telling her fans how she had planned as a teenager to become a mother by the age of 30 but that hadn't happened.
She told her Instagram followers how she knew it was "healthy and normal to have days of complete sadness", but was sharing her story and being honest about her feelings in order to make others across the world going through a similar experience feel less alone in their struggle.
