Former Liverpool defender Phil Babb has praised Jesse Marsch for the mentality he has instilled into his Leeds United players.
Marsch's side have got off to a flying start in the new Premier League campaign, unbeaten in their opening three fixtures. The American kept Leeds in the division last season after replacing Marcelo Bielsa in February, although Leeds supporters didn't see the best of Marsch's football, with so much focus on picking up results in any way possible to survive.
However, Marsch's style and identity is now there for all to see, and his high-pressing philosophy was clear in the Whites' 3-0 win over Chelsea.

Many were sceptical about Marsch heading into his first full season in English football, but Babb believes he's created a culture at Elland Road of 'tenacity and work-rate'.
"It was such a tough job for him with the way the fans took Bielsa to heart, and that style of football was incredible to watch at times," Babb told Sky Sports News.
"It was a big call by the board to get rid of him and bring Marsch in. He faced a fair amount of criticism straight away and it was an uphill battle, but you look at the mood, tenacity, and work-rate he's created.
"Very shrewd signings as well. I think he's great. He's getting his message across. Even with the little scuffle (against Chelsea), it shows the togetherness.
"Everyone is flying in and you can see the Leeds fans applauding their players because they're sticking up for one another. That's what you need, that sort of mentality. Leeds fans love it. They're going to be hard to beat this season, for sure."
