Reports are indicating Jesse Marsch will succeed Marcelo Bielsa as Leeds United head coach and naturally, comparisons between the two are being drawn.
Although highly-rated across Europe and in the United States, he has not worked in England before and some supporters may be in the process of researching the 48-year-old.
Comparisons with Bielsa have been made easier by Marsch himself, who has previously explained the difference between the pressing systems deployed by himself and the man he is reportedly replacing at Elland Road.
Speaking on The Coaches' Voice YouTube channel in February 2021 whilst analysing clips of his Red Bull Salzburg side in action, he said: "If you watch Marcelo Bielsa with Leeds, he is a big believer of against the ball but he does a lot of man-marking across the field.
"So, you could stop a game at any moment with Leeds when they're against the ball and you could almost say 'alright, every player is matched up with an opponent and they're playing 1v1'. We call our pressing ball-orientated.
"You can see right here in this space [gesturing to a paused clip] that we're five against three and we believe that when we attack and attack all the way and we commit to winning balls, that we're going to outnumber opponents in spaces on the field which is going to increase our chances of winning the ball. And then, we often leave players on the opposite side of the field open.
"Then when we win balls, we're always trying to play forward and attack, and go as aggressively and quickly as we can to goal, because we feel that the opponent is disorganised in those moments."
Bielsa stuck rigidly to his principles throughout his tenure at Elland Road and received criticism for doing so at times, particularly in the latter stages of his stay in West Yorkshire.
Marsch's system would represent a change but it would need to yield results quickly with Leeds hovering dangerously above the Premier League relegation zone.
