Jesse Lingard has been training at the home of David Beckham's Inter Miami upon the expiry of his Nottingham Forest contract.
Lingard, 30, was released last month after failing to register a goal or assist in 17 Premier League appearances since his move to The City Ground. The ex-Manchester United star joined Forest despite interest from West Ham, and although The Reds managed to stay in the top-flight, it was a move that didn't work out for Lingard.
Now, the England midfielder has been spending some time in the United States as he debates his future. While in the USA, Lingard has made the most of an opportunity to use the facilities at Inter Miami in preparation for his potential next move - a week after Wayne Rooney confirmed he wasn't joining DC United.
Speaking last month, Rooney said: "The Jesse Lingard [rumour]? I don't know where that has come from. From my point of view we have no interest in signing him."
Posting on his Instagram story, Lingard was pictured doing some shooting practice at Miami's training ground, where he could be seen going through his paces to keep fit. He was seen wearing a fitness vest, but didn't wear a club kit as he chose to stay in his Adidas clothing.
Lingard has also been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia. Speaking about those rumours, he told Sky Sports: "I'm considering all options. I've never ruled out any team or club out, so for me it's just picking the right team and it's got to be right for me.
Who will Jesse Lingard sign for this summer? Let us know in the comments below!
"I just want to play football at the end of the day and that's all I want to do. Obviously the project has got to be well suited for me, the team's got to be moving in the right direction but just regular game-time – I'm still hungry.
"Saudi Arabia are doing big things, and in the next couple of years or so, it will be one of the hotspots to go to. I'm not really surprised that the big names are moving out there."
If Lingard were to move to Saudi Arabia, he would be following in the footsteps of a number of former Premier League stars. His former Man Utd team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo is at Al Nassr, while Kalidou Koulibaly, N'Golo Kante and Ruben Neves have all made moves of their own.
