Jerry Springer 's final TikTok video had all his fans saying the same thing as he posted on the social media platform just a month before his death.
The much-loved US talk show host died peacefully at his home in Chicago on Thursday morning aged 79 with a source saying Jerry was battling pancreatic cancer after being diagnosed a few months ago.
The Jerry Springer Show host made an appearance on TikTok back in March where he danced along to a viral track.
He captioned his video: "Only been a few hours but it felt like days #fyp #foryoupage #jerryspringer."
Jerry was seen dancing in front of a green screen before the camera panned to him sat on a stool with his crew behind also dancing along.
He kept his look casual in the ten second clip, with a navy blue quarter zip jacket and black trousers.
Fans in the comments couldn't believe his appearance, with one saying: "How is it that Jerry has looked the same my entire life."
Someone responded: "Girl he was absorbing the youth from laughing at mf’s poor relationship decisions, laughter keeps you young -jerry."
"Jerry is not aging at all….I watched him as a teenager and I’m in my 40’s. He looks the same," commented a third.
Another added: "An icon," whilst someone else questioned: "How this man been the same age since I was 3."
"Wow I love u Jerry still handsome," a fan gushed.
One user also said: "He look so good to be his age," another quipped: "Wowwwww Jerry is aging VERY gracefully!"
Announcing the sad news, family spokesman Jene Galvin said: "Jerry's ability to connect with people was at the heart of his success in everything he tried whether that was politics, broadcasting or just joking with people on the street who wanted a photo or a word.
"He's irreplaceable and his loss hurts immensely. But memories of his intellect, heart and humour will live on," Jene told TMZ.
Jerry's final TV appearance came in October 2022 where he impressed fans with his surprise talent on the Masked Singer.
The talk show host was disguised as a beetle and despite being semi-retired when he appeared on the hit family show, he decided to give it a go as it sounded fun.
He told TV Insider : "And my grandson would really get a kick out of it."
The TV host did find singing in the costume the most challenging aspect, saying: "Seeing was the most difficult part".
"You sweat unbelievably, so there’s sweat going into your eyes... The eyes in the head didn’t remain where my eyes are, and so I couldn’t see and I don’t know where I’m walking."
The American broadcaster is well-known for hosting the hit talk show The Jerry Springer Show for 27 years, which saw many outrageous guests appear in front of a cheering audience.
