American talk-show host Jerry Springer has died aged 79.
Jerry hosted the show 'The Jerry Springer Show' for 27 years with the audience known for chanting 'Jerry, Jerry, Jerry' as guests broke into arguments.
The star's devastated family confirmed the sad news that he had died at his home in the Chicago area, according to TMZ.

Family spokesman Jene Galvin said: 'Jerry's ability to connect with people was at the heart of his success in everything he tried whether that was politics, broadcasting or just joking with people on the street who wanted a photo or a word.
'He's irreplaceable and his loss hurts immensely, but memories of his intellect, heart and humor will live on.'
