The Dallas Cowboys rolled over Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 31-14, on Monday night to punch their ticket to the divisional round where they’ll face the 49ers in the weekend finale next Sunday in San Francisco.
While Dak Prescott looked phenomenal against the Bucs and the Dallas defense gave Brady fits all night, there was one small issue with the Cowboys – their kicker, Brett Maher, missed his first four extra point attempts of the game.
That’s not something you want to see from your kicker in the postseason, where points are at a premium and a missed PAT or two can lead to the end of your season.
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was asked after the game if they’d be looking for another kicker and his answer was so Jerry Jones:
"Will you look at some kickers this week?"- Reporter

“He’s done enough good ones.”
That’s some LOL stuff from Jones but Maher did hit 29 of 32 field goals this year and he made a PAT on his fifth attempt against the Bucs so maybe those four misses were just a freak thing.
But yeah, the pressure is going to be on him the rest of the way.
