Jermaine Jenas has highlighted an argument between Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall and Cheikhou Kouyate in the aftermath of Brentford's equaliser on Saturday.
Steve Cooper's side led 1-0 at the West London club after Danilo gave Forest the lead just before half-time. The Reds were closing in on only their second away win of the season and a vital result in their battle to stay in the Premier League.
But with just under 10 minutes of normal time remaining, the Bees equalised after Ivan Toney's 82nd-minute free-kick went in off Forest keeper Keylor Navas. Josh Dasilva then scored a 94-minute-winner to leave the Reds empty-handed on the road yet again.

And former Forest player and Match of the Day pundit Jenas pointed out a key failing for the Reds in the equaliser for Thomas Frank's team during the BBC highlights broadcast.
"I think the players who came off the bench didn't do their jobs," he said about the build-up to the Brentford equaliser. "There's an unnecessary tackle from Cheikhou Kouyate, and then why he is leaving the [Forest] wall? I don't know why he separated himself from the wall, but then he twists and makes the gap even bigger and allows the ball to go through it.
"Even Joe Worrall has seen this. He's kind of looking at it and going, 'Hang on a minute', and this is why the argument starts. He's saying to him [Kouyate], 'Stay in the wall and there's no problem'. So it's poor from Cheikhou Kouyate to come on and have that kind of impact."
Reds captain Worrall later admitted his frustration at the defeat. He told the BBC: "Not seen the goals back but it looks like we're our own worst enemy again. We should be more of capable of defending our own box"
