Jermaine Jenas left viewers saying the same thing as he presented a new show for the BBC on Monday night - they expected the show to be more than just one episode.
Since hanging up his football boots, former Newcastle and Spurs player Jermaine has become something of a regular on the channel, appearing as pundit on Match of the Day and as a host on The One Show. The latter was pulled from schedules to make way for the broadcaster's coverage of the Commonwealth Games, with many die hard fans left gutted by the news that it wouldn't be on air for a few weeks.
While One Show co-presenter Alex Jones r emains absent from screens, Jermaine's new BBC role was confirmed on the same night he and Alex hosted their last show together for a while. Jermaine was announced to be one of two presenters on Sport Relief All Star Games, alongside Emma Willis.

Details of the show were revealed before the Commonwealths had even started, with stars taking part confirmed to include Vicky Pattison, Thom Evans, Una Healy, HRVY, Ugo Monye and Helen Glover.
All Star Games kicked off on BBC1 on Monday evening, right before the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony but it quickly became apparent that the programme wasn't quite what many viewers were expecting or hoping for.
Many assumed that All Star Games would take on a similar format to The Games, recently rebooted by ITV and air across consecutive nights, sio they were lefrt disappointed to find out it was only a one night broadcast, with everything crammed into an hour.
While it was very entertaining TV as celebs tried their hand at events like the relay and rhythmic gymnastics, one fan took to Twitter to ask: "Wonder why they only done a 1 hour show out of this when its been all week ?"
Another pressed the BBC to make All Star Games a regular thing, posting: "I’m loving the All-Star games. I think the bbc have found their new game show!! I know they love them!"
