Jeremy Clarkson's daughter Emily applauded for 'unedited' underwear snap after giving birth

Jeremy Clarkson's daughter Emily Clarkson was applauded for posting her 'real' and 'unedited' body months after giving birth.

The 28-year-old and her husband Alex Andrew welcomed her baby Arlo Rose Andrew in February and announced the news with a sweet photo on social media.

"We’re all doing really well at home and just loving this time hanging out as a family so will be back online in a little bit," she wrote at the time.

Over the months, she's been sharing posts about her life as a new mum as well as her relationship with her body.

Taking to Instagram earlier this week, Emily posted a video of herself changing into her workout clothes as she showed off her gorgeous figure.

"Into week 4 of couch to 5k after having a baby and channelling ALL of this ALL the time," her caption read.

"How I spend that time in my trainers is entirely inconsequential to literally everyone else. This is all for me. And I get to choose how it's gonna go."

She ended the caption with a trigger warning for her bum.

The video starts with her facing away from the camera as she rocked green underwear and a pink sports bra. She pulled on a pair of pink leggings.

Emily went on to go through her routine of brushing her hair and tying it up as words appeared on the screen.

She explained what she tells herself before she goes running.

"I'm not doing this as a punishment because I haven't done anything wrong. They won't all be staring at me, coz no one actually cares that much," she wrote.

"If I need to walk that won't mean that I have failed. This isn't a race and there is absolutely no pressure.

"And since I'm not being chased by a bear, It won't matter how fast I run. I'm not going to do it because I hate myself but because I love myself."

She ended the clip by stretching and giving the camera a bright and happy smile.

Fans were impressed with her positive message and took to the comment section to praise her.

"Yes! So refreshing to see an unedited, genuine lady living her best life," one user said while another posted: "I absolutely wish everyone on Instagram was as honest, open transparent and true as you. You’re a bloody marvel."

One user added: "You are such a bloody good human!! ACTUALLY!! The BEST!!! FYI."

"I love your attitude," another said.
