Jeremy Clarkson said he has been sued by a local who 'trespassed' on his Diddly Squat farm after she got her foot stuck in a hole.
The 62-year-old has taken up farming alongside Kaleb Cooper in recent years and has been documenting his experiences on Clarkson's Farm on Prime Video.
He recently appeared on Ben and Georgie Ainslie's Performance People podcast with Kaleb to discuss farm life and the upcoming season of the show.
The Top Gear star took the opportunity to share a story of a woman, who he claimed 'trespassed' on the farm, suing him.
Host Ben discussed an issue he had with cows which had Jeremy showing off his large signs he's not allowed to put up for insurance reasons.
They read "free acupuncture" and "bull in the field (No red trousers)".
Jeremy explained: "You can't even put danger in the field because if a bull then attacks somebody and writes danger you are then accepting that you knew it was dangerous.
"Therefore you're liable. So all you can write is bull in the field and let people make their own minds up."
His talk about liability led him to discuss the incident with the woman.
He explained: "We had one that other day. That woman who put her croc into... You lift a gate post out when you open double gates so you can open both gates.
"We took it out and we were in and out all day long. And she was trespassing on the farm and somehow she put her foot into this hole and then bruised her leg.
"It was then 'I'm suing you'. And there is nothing you can do.
"We were in and out and they just said I should have put the thing back in. I was like... f****g hell... so yeah, it's a constant frustration."
Jeremy had quite a few legal issues concerning his farm over the years.

Most recently, locals had an issue with his plans to transform a lambing shed into an eatery with parking for 70 cars.
Painting restorer Hamish Dewar called in lawyers in November to stop it from happening.
Hamish said at the time: "I don’t understand why he’s stirring up controversy and antagonism right on his doorstep.
"These plans mean even more traffic, noise and light pollution in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
"The village is precious to everyone living in it. We don’t want a Jeremy Clarkson theme park and don’t understand why he’d want one."
