Jenny Powell looked incredible as she soaked up the sun while she took "time to reflect" on holiday in Turkey.
The former Wheel of Fortune presenter, 54, defied her age as she posed in a black bikini on Silent Beach in D Maris Bay. She has gone on the trip with her eldest daughter Connie.
In a poignant post on Instagram, Powell opened up about her difficulties over the last 12 months.
She wrote: "Lots gone on in this past year, Dad passed away, my menopause hit hard and that was just in my world. Dad’s passing has made me look up a lot more ( mainly talking to him !!).
"Also I’ve learnt to avoid the ‘noise’ that hormones and grief can bring.
"This beach is called Silent Beach .. think we should all have a place at home to be silent .. it’s nourishing and recharges you and gives you time to reflect and manage your thoughts that sometimes lead you astray.
"Think my silent place will be in the wardrobe ( not many options tbh! ) Where’s yours?"
Jenny received complimentary responses to her post, with TV presenter Tonia Buxton replying: "You gorgeous hottie of a woman" followed by a fire emoji, while Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley said: "Just beautiful" accompanied with three red love hearts and a love-heart eyed emoji.
Another responded, saying: "What I've learned is no-one gets off with the hard stuff but that doesn't make it any easier to get through I know .. keep looking up", while a fourth added: "One of these days this woman will start to age."
She later added to her Instagram story when she went to a Greek restaurant with her daughter, where she was videoed smashing a stack of plates before dancing on the table with Connie.
Jenny has spoken about how sometimes she gets mistaken for being sisters with her 21-year-old daughter.
Speaking to The Sun, she revealed that Connie "loves it but hates it as well" when they get compared as siblings but added that they "text each other at the same time, saying the same thing" due to the close relationship they have.
