The stunning award-winning actress, 50, was spotted on the streets of New York filming a wedding scene for a new rom-com, Marry Me.
Her petite figure slipped into a huge ballgown embellished with crystals, matched with a sparkly choker necklace and matching beaded veil. She was the picture of luxury.
In her hand, the singer held a faux fur shawl that was draped round her neck as a cape at one point.
Her hair was styled into a low bun with her fringe in loose curls sculpting around her face.
Luckily for J-Lo, her team were on call to help out as the dress weighed her down. In between filming breaks the star would sit and rest.
On the same night, J-Lo was filmed with Owen Wilson, who will also be starring in the rom-com, as they took a romantic stroll together while filming scenes for the new blockbuster.
Marry Me is about a pop sensation Kat Valdes (J-Lo) who was rejected by her rock star fiance just moments before their wedding at Maddison Square Garden.
Instead, as not to waste her amazing outfit, Kat Valdes married a random man from the crowd - who is the sweet and humbling Charlie Gilbert (Owen Wilson).
But it's not the first time that Jennifer and Owen have been in a film together, as they starred in the 1997 classic Anaconda.
It's about a giant man-eating snake in the Amazon.
The cast and crew visited several hotspots around the Big Apple, including Midtown Manhattan and Coney Island.
It's not known as to what date the film is set to be released, although the IMDb page suggests Marry Me is set to come out on New Year's Day.
