Jennifer Lopez to release new song about Ben Affleck on her 'This Is Me... Now' album

Jennifer Lopez will pay tribute to Ben Affleck on her new album This Is Me ... Now.

In her first new album in eight years, the Jenny from the Block hitmaker, 53, will sing once again about her now-Hollywood husband.

She made the shock album announcement earlier today as she came back to social media, sharing the tracklist with her followers.

Fans were quick to notice 'Dear Ben pt. II' amongst the list of songs in her new album, rushing to the comment section to share their excitement.

The title makes reference to the 'Dear Ben' ballad from JLO's 2002 album when she first began dating the Academy Award-winning film star.

One fan commented: "DEAR BEN PART 2 I’M ON THE FLOOR!! YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT." While another said: "Dear Ben part 2 OMGGG I’m gonna cryyyyy."

"NOT DEAR BEN PT 2," penned a third. "Can I please get a 'dear Ben' video ?" asked another as the excited fans praised JLO ahead of her big release.

The couple initially dated nearly two decades ago, before splitting and going their separate ways. However, they rekindled their romance only last year.

A year after they were linked together, Jennifer confirmed that they were engaged, as she showed off her huge diamond ring.

After their 20-year split, Ben and Jennifer didn’t waste any more time and were barely engaged for a few weeks before they took a trip to Las Vegas to get married.

The couple had a second ceremony in August, where they hosted a lavish celebration attended by family and close friends.

This Is Me... Now will be Jennifer's first studio album in eight years, after she released A.K.A in June 2014.

The new release will follow the emotional and psychological journey she has taken over the past two decades and will be unlike any album she has produced before.

Earlier this year, the songstress opened up about what fans can expect from her latest venture.

"This album is the most honest thing I have done, a culmination of who I am as a person and an artist," she said in an interview with Vogue.

"People think they know things about what happened to me along the way but they really have no idea, and a lot of times they get it so wrong.

"There’s a part of me that was hiding a side of myself from everyone. And I."
