Jennifer Lopez has praised her blended family with husband Ben Affleck, saying it gave her "double the love" this Christmas.
The singer, 53, wrote about her festive celebrations with the actor and their children from previous relationships in the latest instalment of her On the JLo newsletter.
Lopez and Affleck’s blended family includes Lopez’s twins Max and Emme, 14, whom she shares with ex Marc Anthony, and Affleck’s children, son Samuel, 10, and daughters Seraphina, 13, and Violet, 16, whom he shares with ex Jennifer Garner.
Lopez, who married the Batman star in July, also revealed that the pair threw an extravagant party at their Hollywood home the weekend before Christmas.
They hosted some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, including Kim Kardashian, Doja Cat, Billie Eilish, and Jane Fonda.
They also decorated their home in a hummingbird theme.
"I like to create a theme for every holiday," she explained.
"I wrote a song called Hummingbird for my new album, This Is Me… Now. To me, hummingbirds are messengers of love.
“So, I decided this year that the hummingbird would be a perfect theme," she continued.
"We have blended families, doubled the people, doubled the fun, doubled the love, doubled the presents and tripled the chaos!!"
The Hustlers actress also shared that she and her blended family returned to a pre-pandemic holiday tradition.
"For the past eight years we’ve been doing a Christmas Edition Taco Tuesday, where we get together and dress up and sing Christmas carols," she said.
"During the pandemic that went to the wayside, so this was the first time in a long time we were able to get together with people that we haven’t seen in forever.
"The party was filled with family, friends, colleagues, and people we’ve known from over the years.
"We sang and danced and had the most amazing time!"
