Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck reportedly married in Las Vegas

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck privately tied the knot in Las Vegas over the weekend, according to a report.

The Bronx-born Lopez and the Oscar-winning Affleck got their marriage license in Clark County on Saturday, TMZ reported, with a source telling the outlet that the couple is now married.

Neither Lopez nor Affleck has publicly commented on the report.

Lopez, 52, and Affleck, 49, previously got engaged in 2002 but never married and broke up in 2004. They rekindled their romance last year, with Lopez confirming their second engagement in April.

Affleck was married to actress Jennifer Garner from 2005 to 2008. Lopez has been married three times previously, most recently to singer Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2014.

Lopez got engaged to former Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez in 2019, two years after they started dating. Their four-year relationship ended during the spring of 2021.

Rodriguez said on last Wednesday’s episode of Martha Stewart’s “Making Moves” podcast that he has “no regrets” from his relationship with Lopez, adding they had a “great time” together.

“Here’s what I will tell you about Jennifer — and I was telling some of my colleagues here the other day — she’s the most talented human being I’ve ever been around,” Rodriguez told Stewart. “Hardest worker, and I think she is the greatest performer, live performer, in the world today, that’s alive.”

Affleck and Matt Damon won the Oscar for best original screenplay for “Good Will Hunting,” which they co-wrote together. Affleck also produced and starred in the drama “Argo,” which won best picture.

He is also known for his performances in “Armageddon,” “Pearl Harbor” and as Batman in DC Comics films such as “Justice League.” He and Lopez starred together in the 2003 romantic-comedy “Gigli.”

Lopez is a two-time Grammy nominee known for hit songs such as “Let’s Get Loud,” “On the Floor” and “Waiting for Tonight.” She has starred in films such as “Selena,” “Hustlers” and most recently “Marry Me,” which came out in February.
