Here at H&G, we're big fans of A) discovering celebrity-approved kitchen appliances and B) Jennifer Garner's culinary endeavors, which she has cheekily titled the Pretend Cooking Show – and, of course, it lives up to all expectations.
Filmed from her Pacific Palisades abode, the show offers a look inside Jennifer's kitchen – and with this comes the kitchen products she uses daily. As an ambassador to KitchenAid, it's perhaps unsurprising that this iconic stand mixer is a frequent favorite of her countertops, but it's not the only appliance that's caught our eye. Here are the pieces that are worth the investment.
As mentioned, it's no secret that Jennifer is a fan of KitchenAid, the cooking powerhouse that's long collaborated with the actress.
'I've had my KitchenAid Stand Mixer for decades. It's been by my side through it all – a few major recipe fails and many delicious, everyday successes,' she shared when announcing their partnership with the world. 'I'm thrilled to make my longtime friendship with KitchenAid official.'
Specifically, she swears by the KitchenAid 7 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer, joining the ranks of Martha Stewart and the Barefoot Contessa as avid users – just in case we need any more convincing to follow suit.
This powerhouse stand mixer has 11 different speeds, a 3-point locking bowl for stability, and a whopping 7 quart capacity.
Alongside the mixer, we also spotted these mixing bowls and the KitchenAid 9-cup (which we reviewed following a stint in our test kitchen) in the episode where she cooked up Homemade Snickers. Other stand-out endeavors include her peppermint bark ice cream, fresh zucchini noodles and Sarabeth’s Cloud cookies.
We can shop some of her frequent-favorites below.
Food Processor
This food processor does it all: chop, shred, mince, slice, knead, whip, mix, and puree everything from fresh veggies to cheeses, doughs, sauces, salsa, and more.
Mixing Bowls
This Set of 3 mixing bowls includes a 2.5-quart bowl, a 3.5-quart bowl, and a 4.5-quart bowl, all of which have a non-stick base that increases stability while mixing.
Toaster
This toaster has extra-wide slots for the flexibility to toast a variety of baked goods – from bagels to English muffins, thick breads, and sourdough.
While we're often treated to glimpses of her kitchen on Instagram, Jennifer posts most of her cooking series on YouTube. Naturally, we've bookmarked, in anticipation for yet another glimpse inside her kitchen (because we can assure, no Jen-approved cooking staple is going to go unnoticed).
