Jennifer Aniston was seen in Los Angeles this week leaving what may just been her new favourite workout class.
Aniston has long been praised for her fitness and has recently even revamped her workout routine. In June 2023, Aniston told her fans that she would be joining Pvolve. This move to a lower intensity workout plan is one that seems to be working for her. After all, when she left the gym, she looked just as incredible as ever.
Aniston's workout outfit was a classic. She wore black leggings and a "Stand Up to Cancer" tank top. Aniston has supported the charity show for over 15 years now, having hosted it in 2008.
She also accessorised her look with some blue-tinted, aviator style sunglasses. Clutched in her hand were a black baseball cap and a red sweater.
Aniston told Well + Good: "I used to get up God knows how many hours before work to get an hour of cardio in - I thought it had to hurt or that we were supposed to feel like we were going to pass out, but that's incorrect messaging."
Pvolve is workout method that is more focused on longterm and sustainable results. According to the Pvolve website, Aniston was looking for a way to stay fit that would still accommodate her busy schedule. Plus, she was totally trying to avoid burnout.
The site says: "The method's equal emphasis on aesthetic results and longevity changed how she thought about working out—so much so that in 2023 she joined the company."
In addition to a physical routine, eating right is also critical to see wellness results. As such, Aniston has also promoted and showed off some of her dietary habits. On her Instagram, she showed fans that she uses Vital Proteins, a collagen product.
Aniston has been praised for her beauty and health since the beginning of her career. A huge part of her look is her hair which has become a signature part of her iconic role on Friends, Rachel. To keep her locks as pretty and healthy as she does, Aniston has a secret weapon.
Just like she shares her workout routine, she also graciously blesses fans with her hair hacks as well. Aniston has a haircare brand called LolaVie which she swears by.
Aniston decided to start the product line under he principle that "you shouldn’t have to choose between products that perform well and those that are good for you", according to the company site. The brand boasts that it is both cruelty-free and vegan.
