Jenna Ortega doesn't get 'tired' of Wednesday Addams

Jenna Ortega loves playing Wednesday Addams

Jenna Ortega never gets "tired" of playing Wednesday Addams.

The 22-year-old actress has reprised her role in the second season of Netflix series 'Wednesday' and she praised executive producer Tim Burton, who also directed several episodes of the show, for keeping everyone motivated during the lengthy shoot.

She told E! News:

"Tim really had a ball. Everything is very graphic and it’s very exciting and inspiring to work with someone like that who gets you excited about the shots that you're doing every day.

“Playing a character for eight months, it's not always easy. Sometimes it's a crawl to the finish line, but he always keeps it exciting and it's hard to get tired of a character like Wednesday.”

Jenna teased the new season only gets better.

She said: "Some of the footage that we shot in 'Wednesday' season two, especially in the last episode, is some of my favourite footage from the show.

“Which is very exciting for me.”

Plot details for the second season are being kept under wraps, but Lady Gaga recently confirmed she has joined the cast, though she declined to share details about her role.

She told Entertainment Weekly magazine earlier this month: “I don’t want to give away anything about being part of the show.

"I want to keep it extra secret—but I love Jenna and I really had an amazing time!”

Jenna recently admitted she has found coping with fame "an adjustment".

She told MTV: "It's definitely an adjustment."

Jenna relished being able to lean on Winona Ryder - her 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' co-star - for some advice about navigating fame at such a young age.

She explained: "I'm very grateful to be where I am and she had kind of a similar thing to say.

"It was just so nice to speak to someone who actually understood me because ... you know, you can turn to your family who loves and supports you, but they don't know. You know?

"It was really insightful and opening - and that was definitely one of the things we connected on."
