Sky Sports presenter Jeff Stelling and former Arsenal striker Paul Merson have given their score prediction for West Ham’s United meeting with relegation-threatened rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
The Hammers head to Molineux at the weekend to take on a Wolves side who currently sit two places below them in the Premier League table in 19th.
With West Ham only narrowly outside of the bottom three by a single goal, should they lose away at Wolves, it will guarantee that they drop into the Premier League’s relegation zone.

Having gone on a run of five straight defeats in the Premier League, West Ham have been in improved form so far in 2023, earning a 2-2 draw at Leeds United eight days ago before beating Brentford 1-0 in the FA Cup on Saturday.
Giving his predictions via Super6, Stelling, who has been the popular presenter of Gillette Soccer Saturday for over two decades, expects West Ham to fall into the drop zone, predicting a 1-0 defeat.
Merson, whose professional playing career saw him play 327 league games for Arsenal and score three times for England between 1985 and 2006, also tips Wolves to pick up a single-goal victory.
“I know this is currently a relegation battle, but I don't see either of these teams going down because their managers are good,” Merson told Sportskeeda. “If West Ham sack Moyes, I think they might be in trouble.
“David Moyes is turning a corner at West Ham and he's done well to revive his side's fortunes. Wolves will avoid relegation as well. This could be a tight game, and I think Wolves will win it.”
