Jedward have revealed that they have been receiving death threats over comments they made following the Queen’s death.
The Irish singing duo - real names John and Edward Grimes - tweeted a series of comments criticising the British monarchy in the wake of the death of Queen Elizabeth II last Thursday.
The comments sparked an online debate, with many who disagreed rushing to criticise them.
And the Dubliners said this has now included death threats.

They said: “Psychos are sending us death threats! Your threatening behaviour and criminality will not intimidate us.”
It follows a serious backlash the former X Factor and Eurovision stars have received for their comments, which on Saturday included a tweet saying: “Abolish the monarchy and give the people real democracy!”
“King Charles should hand back the six Irish counties on his visit to Northern Ireland - No war! Just words! It’s time,” they added.
They went on to publish a tweet, saying: “FYI we’re Irish. The country that has been oppressed historically by the monarchy! Please study your History! We haven’t said anything but the facts!
Among the critics of their posts was former Coronation Street star and Co. Fermanagh native Charlie Lawson.
The Enniskillen man, best known as Jim McDonald in the long-running Virgin Media soap opera, Coronation Street, said: “Oh, shut up!”.
Others sided with the Lipstick hitmakers and their right to voice their opinion, saying: “So much for free speech eh.”
Another added: "I don’t agree with the timing & content of some your tweets & I understand why people are cross but threatening you like this is beyond awful. I hope you’ve reported them & that you’re ok."
